Wednesday Recipe: BBQ Brisket

4 lb brisket
-
1 jar Original KC Masterpiece BBQ sauce (or a sauce of your choice)

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp pepper
-
2 tbsp chili powder
-
1 tsp crushed bay leaves

2 tbsp liquid smoke

Combine dry ingredients.

Rub liquid smoke on the brisket, and then sprinkle the dry ingredients on.

Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours.

Scrape seasoning off of the meat. Slice and pour the barbeque sauce on top.
