Refund policy
RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
ENJOY EXTENDED HOLIDAY RETURN PERIOD
For holiday orders purchased between Nov. 1st and Dec 31st returns and exchanges will be accepted through Jan 30th of the next year. (example: Items purchased from 1-November-2021 to 31-December-2021 may be returned by 30-January-2022)
You may return or exchange your item(s) in a saleable, new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them and is in the original packaging. Artistry in Gold will not accept any return if there are any signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.
Please note that items that are personalized with engraving, etching, embossing, sizing and other services, alterations or modifications may not be returned or exchanged.

Gift Cards
Should you wish to make a return or exchange by mail, please contact us by phone at 403-343-6544 to make arrangements. Artistry in Gold will provide you with a return authorization number, which must be noted on the return form included in the original shipment.
Engraved, embossed or modified items cannot be returned to Artistry in Gold for exchange or refund.
Special order, personalized and made-to-order items cannot be returned to Artistry in Gold for exchange or refund.
Watch bracelets that have been adjusted must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds and Credits
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All items will be verified for original materials. Some items may require third party verification at the sole discretion of Artistry in Gold, Design Studio Ltd.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for a full refund, if applicable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are received defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@artistryingold.ca and send your item to: 5001 - 50 St., Red Deer, AB, T4N 1Y2, Canada. Items which have been worn are not eligible for exchange. All items will be inspected for signs of wear and consumer damage.
If an identical or similar item is not available a refund or credit will be issued. See Refunds and Credits for further information.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she/they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 5001 - 50 St., Red Deer, AB, T4N 1Y2, Canada.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
