Shipping Times & Rates
We have taken precautions in our studio in line with local health authority and government guidelines to protect our clients and employees. As a result, you may experience delays in the processing and shipping of your order. Please note, at this time product availability may be limited.
Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders.
$50.00 + GST/HST/PST/QST Express Shipping available.
Express Shipping is not available for items that require sizing, alteration, customization or engraving and is also not available for orders to Yukon, Nunavut and Northwest Territories, FMO/CFPO, or P.O. boxes. FMO/CFPO and P.O. Boxes may require additional time for delivery. Express Shipping delivery is available in most areas. Please contact Artistry in Gold at 403-343-6544 or info@artistryingold.ca to find out if this service is available in your area before selecting it as your preferred shipping method.
All orders will be shipped via Canada Post, FedEx or other courier. Courier choice will be at the sole discretion of Artistry in Gold Design Studio Ltd. For Standard Shipping please allow 4-5 business days to receive your order. Items ordered together may not always ship together. Items on special order may take longer. You may verify the status of your order and shipment by contacting Artistry in Gold at 403-343-6544 or info@artistryingold.ca.
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Canadian holidays.
If the delivery of your package is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of Artistry in Gold Design Studio Ltd., artistryingold.ca, Canada Post, FedEx or any courier used, such as the re-routing of delivery based on mechanical difficulties, Artistry in Gold Design Studio Ltd., and artistryingold.ca will not hold liability or refund the shipping charges.
WEATHER DELAYS: Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. Artistry in Gold Design Studio Ltd and artistryingold.ca will not hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on an inclement weather delay.
Engraving, Customization and Alteration Schedule: Please allow up to an additional 10 business days for any engraving, customization and alteration services.
Signature Requirements. For your protection, orders of $500 or more require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file.
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within Canada. To inquire about shipments to addresses outside of Canada, please contact Artistry in Gold at 403-343-6544.
