Wednesday Recipe: Chocolate Chip Cookie Ice Cream

Ice Cream Maker
Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 14 ounces condensed milk, sweetened
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chip cookies, broken and crumbled
- pinch of salt
Instructions

Freeze your ice cream maker bowl for 12-24 hours.

In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, condensed milk, vanilla, and salt.

Pour mixture into ice cream maker and churn according to device instructions.

When mixture begins to harden (12-15 min), add ½ cup of the chocolate chip cookies.

Once churning is complete and ice cream is nearly hard but still easily transferable, place in freezer-safe container, mix in remainder of chocolate chip cookies and freeze for 4-6 hours.
