Wednesday Recipe: Mango Ginger Immune Support Smoothie

INGREDIENTS
1cupfresh celery
1cupfresh parsley
2cupslight coconut milk, cold brewed green tea or water
1Persian cucumberpeeled
1 inch piece of fresh gingerpeeled
3cupsfrozen mango
juice of 1 lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend celery, parsley, and liquid first. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. For a thicker, colder smoothie add a few ice cubes and blend again!
