Wednesday Recipe: Mango Ginger Immune Support Smoothie


  • Blender


  • 1 cup fresh celery
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 cups light coconut milk, cold brewed green tea or water
  • 1 Persian cucumber peeled
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger peeled
  • 3 cups frozen mango
  • juice of 1 lemon


  • Blend celery, parsley, and liquid first. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. For a thicker, colder smoothie add a few ice cubes and blend again!
