Wednesday Recipe: Tequila Pineapple Punch


  • 2 ounces tequila
  • 1 ounce coconut rum
  • 1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 3 ounces seltzer


  • Fill a large cocktail shaker, combine the tequila, coconut rum, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Shake well.
  • Run a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass then dip into some sugar (optional).
  • Pour over ice and top with seltzer and a lemon wedge and enjoy!
