How can I make a return or exchange?
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in original saleable condition within 30 days and accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. Please note that items that are personalized with engraving, etching, embossing and other services may not be returned or exchanged.
For holiday orders purchased between Nov. 1st and Dec 31st returns and exchanges will be accepted through Jan 30th of the next year. (example: Items purchased from 1-November-2021 to 31-December-2021 may be returned by 30-January-2022)
A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. The refund to the purchaser will be in the form of the original tender. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit.
Some items at the sole discretion of Artistry in Gold, Design Studio Ltd. may require verification from a Third Party prior to the issuing of a return or exchange.
